to our Women's Self Defense Workshops!

This Workshop is held on Sundays, twice a year from 2pm to 5pm in April and again in November.

UPDATE To November 16, 2025 Workshop: We have to Cancel or Postpone :( to April 26, 2026, due to a recent & unrelated Chief Instructor injury. :o

Recovery won't be complete in time to proceed with the Workshop! We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience!

Note: If you have a group of 15 or more, we will be honored to provide a Private Workshop at your business, school or at our facility,

We invite females from age 13 and up to this Workshop to learn how to respond to the real-world extreme threat females face today.

(Younger girls should not attend due to the graphic subject matter we must cover.)
