First, we will be one of 15 Squirrel Hill businesses hosting "Oktoberfest" Beer Tasting, this Saturday from 4-8pm and we wanted you to know that today, Friday is the last day to get tickets at a discount. If you would like to help with providing snacks, we will be providing large pretzels with various kinds of dips including (of course) mustard, also mini sausages with dips and sauerkraut and Kelsea from Krav Maga will also provide a spinach dip; we want it to be a great mingle time, please remember this is for adults only ages 21 and up! Secondly, We are offering our Free "Bring a Buddy, Break a Board" Event next week on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday during your regular class!

Thirdly and most importantly! Our Free "Bully Defense Workshops"! Thursday, October 25 for 6-12 year olds at 6PM and again on Friday for teens, ages 12-18 at 6pm. Every child deserves to know Self Defense, which is the best form of confidence! Please Invite Your Friends-it could save their life and it will help us put an END to Bullying!
